Accounts and responsible use
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only where you are authorized to do so. Do not use Bordy to access another person's private information without permission, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law or others' rights.
Your content and sharing
You are responsible for the material you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it. You authorize the processing needed to deliver the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Review the participants and history before sharing or transferring a conversation. Do not assume that a transferred or shared record can be recalled from every recipient.
AI limitations
Responses, image interpretations, references, and remembered information may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Verify important information independently. Bordy is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and is not an emergency service.
Availability and features
Internet access is required. Features may vary by account, settings, platform, or service availability. Availability, response time, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. App-store approval or planned features do not guarantee a release date. Any paid offering is subject to the pricing and terms presented when purchased; these terms do not enroll you in a paid plan.
Intellectual property
Bordy branding and proprietary application materials belong to their respective rights holders. Bordy is owned by JWilliams & Associates LLC. These terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to us or grant permission to misuse third-party material. Applicable third-party software licenses remain in effect.
Support and account closure
Contact [email protected] or 719.243.6571 for support. Use the deletion request page to request account closure and associated data deletion. Access may be restricted to address security incidents, abuse, or applicable legal requirements. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
